Chapter Lead Process, Regulations & Quality Management ():

Your responsibilities:

As Chapter Lead, you will be the disciplinary leader of the Chapter, focusing on coaching and development of your team members and the recruitment of new Chapter members
You define standards, guidelines and best practices for the chapter and are responsible for the design and development of the chapter identity
In coordination with the Tribe Lead, you will staff the squads and work closely with Product Owners and Tribe Lead to define priorities and focus for the different roles
You ensure the team adheres to regulatory and compliance guidelines
You exemplify an innovative mindset and act as a technical coach for chapter members
You maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders
You are responsible for the implementation of the expected team results
You actively contribute your expertise in Process_Regulations_Quality and work in one of the squads up to 50 % of your working time

Your background:

Your experience in leading teams is characterized by a coachoriented leadership style
With your strong communication skills, you always manage to win others over and inspire them across all hierarchical levels
You have extensive experience in Process_Regulations_Quality and are aware of current trends
You have knowledge of relevant technologies, tools and working methods, and ideally have experience in an agile work environment
You have a high willingness to learn and change
You have strong analytical skills as well as your pragmatic and actionoriented way of working
You are business fluent in English and German
You and you lead your team to define, maintain, improve and implement the procure to pay process consistent with the required quality policy, corporate strategy
You describe links and interactions with other processes and managing interfaces
You analyze chances and risks and initiate required activities
You supervise and control an effective and efficient process and resolve any problems and prevent their recurrence
You ensure compliance with regulations
You report any discrepancies to the supervisor preventively and proactively
You are responsible for ensuring supplier's compliance to ista defined quality performance standards
You continuously develop the suppliers on the basis of findings from supplier audits in order to meet ista's requirements
