People Lead (HR Head) (M/F/x)

LOUVRETTE design x packaging, is Quadpack's largest production facility with more than 200 employees working in operations, commercial / sales and administration.

It is Quadpack's Center of Excellence for injection-moulding, offering the latest technical standards and high level of automation. In two plants high-quality plastic packaging solutions are developed, manufactured, decorated, and assembled.

Mission

As People Lead for our production facility in Kierspe, you will partner with the local leadership team on people and organizational topics, i.e., developing and implementing people development and engagement strategies, leading organizational change and governance projects and have an influential role in the continuous evolution of our People function locally and in the group.

esponsibilities

You have overall responsibility for the People area and all Peoplerelated topics at Louvrette.
You ensure the leadership and development of your people team.
You are the main contact person for management in all strategic People matters as well as employment law issues and a sparring partner for your colleagues from the management team.
You are responsible for personnel planning and controlling of Peoplerelevant KPIs.
You ensure that our operational processes run smoothly and are optimized.
You drive topics in the areas of employee engagement, feedback reviews and learning & development and continue to shape the corporate culture together with the management team.
You and your team will participate in Groupwide strategic People projects to help shape our People function for the future.

Professional and personal
profile

You are an HR generalist with several years of relevant professional experience in a senior HR role.
You have successfully developed, guided and steered teams, putting collaboration at the core of how our teams work, thus, enabling and empowering them
You enjoy the mix of operational and strategic/conceptual work.
You have solid knowledge of employment law and basic knowledge of wage tax and social security law.
You have a confident demeanor and communicative skills, have excellent expressive skills (oral and written) and very good knowledge of German and English.
You work independently, conscientiously, and reliably, keep an eye on many things at the same time and act with foresight.
You demonstrate initiative and sense of personal accountability, while remaining a team player
You are resultsfocused: setting, prioritizing and achieving multiple and sometimes competing goals and timetables while demonstrating a pragmatic approach.
You are empathetic, show a high level of commitment and are serviceoriented.
