We are looking for service agents (M/F/d) to support the booking transactions of an airline with very good Danish language skills.

The position is open for part
- and fulltime employees.

Your duties include:

- booking flights
- cancel / change travel details
- supporting customers with limitations (wheelchairs, babies, oversized luggage etc.)
- meal reservations
- reply to questions concerning the frequent flyer bonus programme

Our requirements:

- very good Danish languages skills
- very good English languages skills
- good MS Office skills
- flexible time schedule
