Now our client, an internationally operating chemical company, is seeking for its Düsseldorf branch a

Japanese speaking inside sales / Sales administrator (M/F/d)
*working from home is possible

Your responsibilities:

- create and manage quotations for customers in IT product sales
- customer data maintenance and order management
- customer communication such as: respond to simple queries, define customers requirement, send quotes and relevant contract documents
- support the sales team and management

Your profile:

- experience in Information Communication Technology (ICT) industry
- relevant working experience as sales support is an advantage
- general understanding of and interest in the ICT marketplace
- affinity for numbers
- business fluent Japanese and English skills (written and spoken)
- good German language skills are preferable
- ability to grasp new technology concepts
- good communication skills
- self-motivated and driven personality
- quick-witted
