Digital Transformation focuses on cross-divisional topics that span across businesses and functions. It includes responsibilities for Digital Awareness & Culture, as well as providing advice on emerging trends. You'll be part of a team with a rich diversity of skills, creating an exceptionally dynamic work environment that offers continuous learning opportunities from each other.

What you'll be doing:

In October, we launched the first Innovation Hub within HVB sponsored by our CEO & CDOO.

With the Innovation Hub, we are creating a space where all employees across Germany can actively shape our future We welcome external guests, our Executive Board Members, as well as experts with diverse backgrounds on a regular basis in the Hub to discuss current innovations, trends in the market, and much more.

Now that the successful implementation phase is over, we are seeking support for the 2nd phase of the Hub, which is expected to run from mid April until mid October (6 months).

During this phase, we will focus on the strategic development of the Hub, which has been decided to become a permanent initiative.

With your help, we aim to keep the Hub interesting, increase employee engagement, and implement new ideas that support a self-organized Innovation Culture.

The Hub has garnered high management attention, and therefore, we also need someone to support us with KPI tracking, the creation of update documents for our management, and the coordination of new initiatives among our stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed:

You are currently enrolled at a university with focus and you are passionate and want to contribute to our journey
Ideally, you already bring initial practical experience in the field of Digitization & Innovation
You are creative, like to bring your own ideas to life and implement them independently
You have an open mindset, like to interact with diverse stakeholders and an intrinsic motivation to continuously develop yourself and your work
