Tasks:


  • As part of our Client Success team, you will manage your own book of clients crossregional, alongside the Client Success Managers EU
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Collect customer feedback, recognise customer needs and find solutions
  • Create monthly reports and analyse your client base
  • Create and Maintain client files in CRM, Salesforce

Requirements:


  • Enrolled student preferably in an economics programme, alternatively communications, psychology, social sciences or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Very good skills in Danish, Swedish or Finish is a big plus
  • Customer and solutionorientated team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Place of work: Hamburg
