We want our webshop customers to have a great experience during their journey with us: from ordering to enjoying our coffee beans.

Our customers celebrate our coffees and they have probably been to one of our cafés in Berlin before. We treat them as friendly and fast as if they were standing in front of us, in our café. Your job is to be responsive, friendly and you find quick solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

You will
- be the first contact for our online customers
- work in close cooperation with our logistics team

You are
- language: native-level German and fluent English
- customer-oriented, fast, friendly and reliable

We work as a Team in Wattstraße 10-13, Berlin-Brunnenviertel

Contract:
Part-time hours per week)
Term: 1 year (we typically extend by another year)

Payment: 15 EUR per hour
