About Your Future Team

Solaris is divided in 5 business units, each of them responsible for one slice of the overall product offering and into horizontal teams that work on cross-cutting topics.

One of those cross-cutting teams is the Finance team, which is the backbone of the bank and includes Accounting, Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting.

We are looking for an experienced talent to support our Regulatory Reporting team

Your Role

You take an essential role in the growth of our branch in Italy by developing solutions for regulatory reporting requirements (segnalazioni di vigilanza) that arise for Solarisbank as we further expand our business model with new partners and products in the Italian market
You perform the operative processes for the regulatory and statistical reporting under Italian and EU regulation
You work crossfunctional on the automation of our reporting processes
You work together with the Finance, Data, Product teams and other functions to continuously improve the quality of the reporting and controls
You enjoy meeting new challenges every day, have experience working on projects
You support the continuous monitoring of developments in the regulatory field as well as the implementation of new requirements
You develop solutions for Regulatory Reporting requirements that arise for Solaris as we expand our business model
You are in regular interaction with Bank of Italy, auditors and foster open communication

You have experience in the financial industry preferably in fintechs
You speak fluently, write and read effortlessly Italian as well as English
You have successfully obtained preferably an economics master in Italy or equivalent
You have work experience with data, SQL, reporting or working with supervisory banking authorities.
You want to develop your skills and experience further in a dynamic and growing business model
You are able to implement new requirements and improvements independently and enjoy working in a project environment
You have excellent communication skills and like to work in a team
You see challenges as an opportunity for growth
