We are looking for a Senior Advisor (M/F/d) - Record to Report as soon as possible for our partner located in Berlin.

The company is one of the leading online retailers for fashion, headquartered in Berlin.

They sell products in the areas of clothing, shoes, accessories, and cosmetics to over 50 million active customers throughout Europe.

Deine Aufgaben:

You maximize the effectiveness of technologies and supporting processes to drive continuous improvement and change initiatives
You participate and steer finance processes, transactions and reporting activities to contribute to Payments financial statement
You conceptualize and drive initiatives to increase financial transparency, while establishing and cultivating trustful crossfunctional cooperation and efficient information flow with the business, controlling and technical teams
You support the maintenance of the assigned ledger in accordance with corporate policies and IFRS/local gaaps together with Group Accounting
You manage projects, i.e. drive content, coordinate stakeholders and a small project team
You propose and implement measures to optimize financial processes alongside operational KPI and ensure alignment of crosscutting initiatives
You ensure the correct procedure of closing processes (monthly, quarterly, yearly) on the highest quality and strive for continuous improvement
You build partnerships and sollicit feedback from internal and external business partners to define and develop successful, scalable processes and practices

Dein Profil:

You hold a degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent and you have 5+ years of work experience in a related field ideally you have experience in leading cross functional projects
You are experienced with an ERP system (SAP S
FI CO is a plus)
You are confident and comfortable in communicating with colleagues with different professional backgrounds and able to explain complex processes in a clear and simple way
You are fluent in English, German would be a plus
You are proud of your strong analytical and risk assessment skills. Furthermore, you are proactive in searching and developing solutions and processes with a high level of safety and efficiency
You have operational excellence: you know how to make sure that the solutions both functional and nonfunctional requirements are met and how to set up the appropriate level of reporting and monitoring for your solutions
