As an Avanade HR Business Partner, a wide range of tasks await you. You are responsible for overseeing a department and are the contact person for employees and the Shared Service Center. Mobile working is possible, occasional office appointments are required.

Together we do what matters.


What you will do:


  • You are the contact person within the business unit for employees and managers in HRrelated matters
  • You work closely with HR Business Partners in the DACH region and the HR Shared Service Team in Bucharest
  • You further develop and optimize HR processes and participate in regional and international HR projects
  • In your daytoday business, you create reports, analyzes and prepare payroll

Your skills and experiences:


  • Several years of experience in the HR environment, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Service and solutionoriented approach to employees and departments
  • Affinity to processes and projects
  • High selfmotivation, enthusiasm and ability to implement
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Enjoy working in a team
