Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor daily operations and activities of Raisin's Customer Service (internal as well as external front
- and back-office teams) with focus on the German and Austrian market.

  • Implement and expand KPIs to enhance performance and derive needs for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain operational forecasts to ensure efficient resource allocation and prevent backlogs.
  • Evaluate forecast results using root cause analysis and correction.
  • Collaborate with marketing to understand forecast drivers and obtain as well as ensure that current and accurate information is used for forecasts.
  • Identify operational constraints to help steer process and product improvements as well as customer communication amendments.

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of prior experience in customer service, FinTech, banking and/or finance related company.
  • Experience working in relevant markets i.e. experience of and understanding of KPI analysis is desirable.
  • Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. experience of time management and time critical prioritization roles is desirable but not essential.
  • Reliability and ability to react and adapt quickly to different situations.
  • Handson mentality and enjoy thinking outside the box and changing the way things are done.
  • You are characterized by your problemsolving ability and a high degree of initiative.
  • Flexibility, as well as an independent, proactive, structured and forwardlooking way of thinking and working.
  • Professional fluency in German and English with good verbal and written skills.
