JUNIOR COUNSEL PATENT ENGINEERING:

Herzogenaurach, Germany
YOUR MISSION:
Steer innovation projects according to patent restrictions/specifications in the field of (sporting goods), new manufacturing and material innovations
Collaborate closely with the company's External Patent Counsel and inhouse legal department
Act as liaison for interdepartmental initiatives
IP Monitoring of patent landscape and technology trends in close collaboration with Intellectual Property team

YOUR TALENT:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/material/têxtile engineering or a similar scientific discipline
Prior experience in patent preparation and prosecution in a law firm environment is desired.
Awareness of and interest in current landscape of patents, innovative materials, new production techniques and constructions
Excellent communication skills in English and ideally German (both orally and in writing). Chinese is desirable, but not mandatory.
Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, CATIA and Matlab are also considered a plus.
Strong analytical skills and good understanding of industry processes
Proactive and approachable team player
Willingness to travel.
