- Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Versicherern
- Erstellung und Versendung von Sicherungsscheine sowie Überwachung des Rücklaufs
- Erstellung und Versendung von Versicherungszertifikaten
- Überwachung und Einhaltung von bindenden und pflegenden Fristen
- Erhebung und Versendung von Erst- sowie Folgeprämien (Folgeinkasso)
- Erstellung von Honorarabrechnungen sowie Abrechnung der Pro-rate Prämien
- Klärung und Korrektur der Prämien- und Courtageabrechnungen sowie Sollstellungslisten
- Datenanlage und -pflege in der Makleranwendung
- Erstellung von Statistiken
- Anlage und Pflege im eArchiv
- Unterstützung der Fachberatung bei der termingerechten administrativen Bearbeitung von Geschäftsvorgängen
- Übernahme sonstiger Tätigkeiten auf spezielle Weisung
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder versicherungsfachliche Berufsausbildung oder langjährige Arbeitserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche
- Kenntnis und Erfahrungen in der Versicherungsbranche
- Organisationstalent und sehr starke Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit
- Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
