Welcome to OPENLANE Europe Established in Belgium in 2004, we now operate in five European countries, including Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, France, and the UK, with our headquarters still in Belgium (Tienen).

In 2019, OPENLANE USA acquired us, enhancing our position in the global vehicle remarketing and technology solutions industry. We focus on simplifying the wholesale used car market for our clients.

What will you do?

Generating leads and recruiting new customers
Qualifying and onboarding new customers
Building up great business relationships with our customers
Winning back lost or nonactive customers (your sales skills and the trust factor will be crucial)
Promotional calls with the goal of introducing products and services, proposing interesting cars, offering discounts
Online demos with customers or churned buyers
Occasionally visiting customer visits or attending events

Requirements:

Who are you?

You are a driven, enthusiastic and communicative person with a commercial spirit
You are goal oriented and stress resistant
You enjoy supporting your customers
You are a team player that likes to work in an international environment
You are computer literate, you have good knowledge of MS Office and you know how to use CRM programs such as Sales Force or other back office programs or you are open to learn
You have a first experience in a similar position or you are a highly motivated fresh graduate
You are fluent in 2 of the following languages: Dutch, French or German
You are fluent in English and any other European language is a plus
You are open to come to the office at least 3 times per week
