As part of the AI startup incubator Merantix Studio, we have established successful medical imaging and autonomous driving ventures and continue exploring innovative deep-learning products and client-specific solutions across diverse sectors.

As a Pharma/Healthcare Lead, your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption and sales of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions within pharmaceutical companies.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how AI technologies can enhance their business processes, research, and development efforts.

Your role

Identify and Prospect: Conduct market research and identify potential pharmaceutical clients who can benefit from AI solutions. Generate leads, leveraging existing contacts and identifying new contacnt, initiate contact with decisionmakers in these organizations to introduce AI offerings;
Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their specific challenges and pain points in areas such as drug discovery, clinical trials, personalized medicine, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance;
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy within the sector to achieve revenue targets. Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to position AI solutions effectively. Stay up to date with advancements in AI and pharmaceutical industry regulations;
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, researchers, and IT professionals within pharmaceutical companies. Understand their longterm strategic goals and establish yourself as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep industry knowledge and understanding;
Collaborative Solutions: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including AI engineers, and project managers, to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of pharmaceutical clients.

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, life sciences, or business. Advanced degrees or certifications related to AI or pharmaceuticals are a plus;
Deep industry knowhow in pharmaceutical, life science and or digital healthcare industry;
Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English and German) to effectively articulate the value proposition of AI solutions to diverse stakeholders, including technical and nontechnical audiences.
