In order to support the design and development of a mission analysis and mission performance framework for reconnaissance missions, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Internship within Mission Analysis SW Development (d/f/m):

Your location:

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Code migration from Fortran to Python/Matlab
Improvement of system resource models
Cocreate the architecture of the framework
Definition of testing scenarios and unit tests
Documentation of the software and tests

Desired skills and qualifications:

Education:

Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Aerospace engineering or similar field of study

Skills (Technical or Software):

- excellent SW development skills

Knowledge Fortran, Python, MATLAB
Basic understanding of earth observation satellite systems and orbit mechanics
Good programming skills in general

Languages:

English (fluent) mandatory
German (fluent) is an asset
