We are looking for a Head of Service Industrialization.

The Head of Service Industrialization is an integrated member of our dynamic and engaged Service Global Operations function.

As Head of Service Industrialization, it will be your responsibility to shape and develop the vision and mission of the department, provide strategic direction to the Global Major Projects team, the Global Resource Management team and the Service Industrialization Center.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Overall responsible for the development and deployment of the End2End Safe system approach, operationalizing safety standards, ensuring the successful implementation and thereby setting global safety standards.
  • Represent Service in the product development process to ensure operational requirements are incorporated in the product design.
  • Validate new products/ services and ensure readiness of such ahead of deployment in the regions.
  • Ensure strategic and operational readiness of regional Operations as the owner of the resources, competence, tooling and equipment strategies.
  • Develop a structured approach for forecasting and planning resource, competence, tooling and equipment demands globally and regionally in alignment with the respective strategy.
  • Provide execution support for firstofits kind activities & complex campaigns, establish best practices and ensure their deployment on a global level.
  • Ensure development and rollout of best practices for the execution of highly complex activities and campaigns setting performance targets and supporting the qualification of the regional resources to achieve such targets.
What are your qualifications?

  • Safety is your choice and you lead by example always putting safety first. You have experience with safetyleadership and the implementation of safety standards in operations or project environment.
  • Minimum of 1015 years of relevant experience with 58 years of linemanagement experience, ideally in the wind or service industry.
  • You are an experienced leader and have shown the ability to develop a strategic vision and roadmap and implement such strategy in a complex organization taking a holistic endtoend perspective.
  • You have demonstrated to be impactful across different cultural environments implementing change across various business functions and locations.
  • You are experienced leading and mentoring large and highperforming teams that drive business success.
  • You have shown the ability to successfully engage and build lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with a cando attitude, open to feedback from peers and managers and willingness to learn and develop
