YOUR MISSION:


Support the growth strategy:
We are searching for a visionary leader to build and scale our global Sales Support and RevOps team.

Own the Revenue Lifecycle:
You will be responsible to make the sales process transparent in terms of Pipeline Generation and Deal Progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Elevate our sales team's effectiveness through process optimization, transparency, correct customer allocations.
  • Revenue Operations: Craft a datadriven strategy to streamline operations and drive predictable revenue growth.

Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment and information sharing.

  • Metrics & Analytics: Establish robust reporting and data analysis practices to measure success and guide strategic decisionmaking.
  • Global Mindset: Share best practices among a geographically dispersed team and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:


  • 5+ years of experience in sales support, revenue operations, or a related field within a successful SaaS company.
  • Skilled building and optimizing Power BI and Pivot Tables.
  • A proven track record in a sales and revenue operations function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to optimize processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Global mindset with the ability to work effectively with a geographically dispersed team.
