Tasks

Tender Maestro: Take charge of processing calls for tenders/RFQs, ensuring our responses stand out as the gold standard in the industry.
Collaboration Virtuoso: Showcase your teamwork skills as you coordinate seamlessly with other departments, fostering a collaborative environment for optimal solution development.
Strategic Partner: Work closely with the Sales department, aligning concepts and pricing strategies to deliver compelling proposals that win hearts and contracts.
Master of Quotations: Utilize your prowess in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Word, and Excel to prepare quotations with precision and flair.
Creative Storyteller: Compile and prepare supporting documents, weaving a narrative through technical diagrams, visualizations, solution descriptions, and official letters.
Order Whisperer: Take charge of checking, processing, and clarifying orders to ensure a seamless transition from proposal to execution.
Data Maestro: Keep our database vibrant and uptodate, demonstrating your finesse with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related CRM activities.
Administrative Virtuoso: Engage in general administrative presales support activities, adding your touch of efficiency to the team.
Adventurous Explorer: Embrace the unexpected with a spirit of adventure, tackling any other duties that come your way with enthusiasm.

Requirements:

Bring your technical background or economic expertise with a technical twist (e.g., IT systems management, media technology, medical technology, business administration, industrial engineering).
Possess a completed Bachelor's Degree or higher, and stand out with 3 years or more of job experience.
Flaunt your language skills be business fluent in English and German, and if you know French, that's a definite plus.
Showcase your practical experience in participating in tendering procedures, demonstrating your strategic approach to winning contracts.
Acquainted with the nuances of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
Thrive in a fastchanging environment, showcasing your ability to learn and adapt on the fly.
Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, selforganization, and reliability traits that set you apart in delivering consistent excellence.
