Talent Attraction: Actively contribute to our talent attraction strategy, create content for various platforms and come up with oneofa kind HR Marketing initiatives
Early Careers: Support organising and participate in Assessment Centers for our Early Career Programmes
Data & KPI Management: Manage and analyse relevant data and prepare reporting deliverables
Overall support in recruiting and career events

Your powerful skills

Currently studying towards your Bachelor's / Master's degree or completing a postuniversity GAP year
High level of selfdrive and 'can do' attitude as well as ability to work independently and in teams
Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
Desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
Creative mindset, passion for Social Media and content creation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
