Role description:

An exciting role within the Sales team has come available in Hamburg, Germany. As Internal Sales Representative you'll be focused on communicating with current customers and reaching out to potential new customers.

You will be part of the German Logistics team based in Hamburg, helping to communicating with current and following up on the needs and requirements of potential new customers, specifically for the German market across all our logistics routes.

The role involves look after and expand the customer base in your assigned sales area in cooperation with the sales team.

Responsibilities:

- look after and expand the customer base in your assigned sales area
- independent customer quotations
- process sales leads from the tele-sales area and independently conduct telephone sales talks for up-/cross-selling according to your specifications
- document activities in our CRM system
- support marketing activities

Skills, experience, education:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable course of study in Germany

- initial professional experience in sales and/or commercial activities in the Transport and Logistics industry
- fluent (written and verbal) in German and English

Welldeveloped communication skills, persuasiveness, negotiating skills and sales talent
Be a team player, ambitious and customeroriented

- have good knowledge in the use of the MS Office package
