Reporting to the Senior Site Operations Manager and other cross functions you will be working with the Finance, the Site and Project Management Teams to deliver on the projects mission.

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Recording, managing and analyzing of all open purchase orders, with a core focus on service site operations and service project management office.
  • Develop and track budget vs. planing
  • Processing of incurred internal costs (punch hours) and reporting details to the finance department
  • Provide and further develop key performance indicator for business measurements
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities to manage operational uncertainty that achieves the financial plan.
  • Train and coordinate with the Site Operations Managers to drive common processes and practices globally
  • Project executions financial performance with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support on standardization, automatization, digitization and other business simplifications initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Degree or Apprenticeship in Finance, Accounting or equivalent,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent English both spoken and written,
  • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals,
  • Compliance oriented,
  • Proficiency in data presentation
  • Willingness to do international travels if required
