Tasks


Are you a tech-savvy individual comfortable using new gear & apps? Do you feel comfortable learning new tech and instructing/guiding others in their usage? If so and you're ready to get started ASAP please review these high-level qualifications.


  • Checkin and checkout smart device testers
  • Instruct, guide and assist testers through the smart device testing session
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on smart devices; set up, clean smart devices
  • Escalate smart device problems or tester reported issues to the designated Lead
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate updates across the team
  • Attend related trainings, status and related team meetings

Requirements:


  • Strong communications skills


  • Customer service experience

  • IT/hardware/wearables a plus
  • Can follow detailed technical documentation & instructions
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Be a quick learner
  • Must be dependable

Benefits:


  • Role: Smart Device Testing Moderator
  • Type: Freelance contract
  • Location: Obentrautstraße 72, 10963 Berlin, Germany
  • Duration: 2 months with potential extension to 34 months
  • Capacity: Up to 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday
  • Language: Bilingual German/English
  • Pay: $20 USD per hour
