The Role:

Our Sales Operations team is looking for a working student who is a real "People Person" with good communication skills and will support us in our (internal) sales projects.

Our aim is to enable our groupwide Sales colleagues with transparent sharing of knowledge, trainings and support. Also we thrive for a maximum of data quality to be provided for company wide decisions.

What you'll do:

You will support the Sales Ops team with tasks of the daily business, e.g. creating knowledge articles or blog posts for internal publication, research on sales related topics
You will support with order and contract management tasks.
You will prepare and follow up on sales documents and will also be coresponsible for maintaining customer data.
You will work on crossdepartmental projects with colleagues from the Marketing, Consulting and Channel Management departments.
You will support in the further development of our CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).

What you bring to the table:

You are studying in the field of economics, law or in a comparable field.

Ideally, you already have some practical experience from other student jobs or internships.

Experience in working with CRM systems is a plus.
You are experienced in using the entire MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and have a general high affinity for software.
You have very good communication skills in German and English.
