Job purpose/role

As an integral part of the Digital Solutions for Investments (DSI) initiative you will support a dedicated project on developing and rolling-out an in-house developed portfolio simulation tool.

You will work together with Allianz Entities globally in supporting them during the tool roll-out as well as managing the introduction of new features to them.

You will be part of a small developer team from various departments within Allianz Investment Management (Asset Liability Management, Financial Control/Risk, AIM Singapore) This gives you the chance to contribute to a global start-up like environment within a large company.


As an intern/working student, you will:

  • Work with an in-house developed portfolio simulation tool
  • Manage and support tool enhancements and bugfixing
  • Support the tool rollout to Allianz entities globally

Qualifications:


  • Your studies are related to Mathematics, IT, Finance, Statistics with a relation to investments and capital markets
  • You are familiar with financial modelling (bond pricing, derivatives, yield curves,..)
  • Good knowledge in objectoriented programming language required (C# or Java is a plus)

Experience & Key skills:


  • You are interested in capital markets and portfolio management
  • You have a basis knowledge in coding and are willing to learn more on the job
  • You are fluent in English
  • You can work independently within a very international and dynamic environment

You must be registered as student for the entire duration of the internship/ working student job.
