Our teams are curious to meet you.

Join our Talent and Leadership (TL) community and become our new Working Student for executive Pipeline. As you know, Siemens is undergoing one of the biggest transformations in its history.

And because business transformation is people transformation, we at TL radically rethink our people approaches and the way we win, develop, connect and bond talent.

In particular, our team (Executive Pipeline) aims at developing a talent pipelining mindset.

We shape Siemens future and support our digital transformation by identifying, developing and placing great leaders in key business roles.

Therefore, we are looking for a new working student completing our international team. In a flexible working environment, you will support us two days a week at the office and from home.

What part will you play?

  • You will be part of a global team responsible for identifying, developing, coaching and placing great talents for global core and top functions as well as succession planning for key global positions at Siemens
