Team Lead Global Medical Management (M/F/x)

for the provision of profound strategic input, especially to our ambitious innovation programs, and for operational tasks on a global level.

These tasks await you

Functional and disciplinary leaderhip of a small team

Active co-creation of the medical-scientific strategy for the developtment of the therapeutic area Nervous System together with the Global Marketing department

Continuous provision and expansion of medical-scientific expertise, e.g., for innovations and new product development, regulatory activities and information material for internal and external use

Contribution to dynamic, cross-functional project teams for the evaluation and execution of innovation ideas, product developments and line extensions

Planning, implementation and evaluation of scientific events and knowledge transfer, e.g., symposia, webinars and other training activities

Acquisition and support of international opinion leaders

Answering internal and external medical and scientific requests

Supporting the supervisor in operational and strategic issues

What you bring with you

Successfully completed studies in medicine, pharmacy, nutritional sciences, biochemistry or biology

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the medical-scientific field and in strategic development and planning

First experiences with people management are of advantage

Strong comittment to our "biofactor"-based portfolio and treatment mindset

Experience in working with marketing and sales force as well as project teams desirable

Conscientious, careful as well as independent and strucutred way of working

Excellent presentation skills and experience with elaborating scientific results with the ability to inspire the resprective target audience

Confident communication skills on all hierarchical levels and in global collaboration, fluent in English an preferably also German

Proactive and innovative, science-based mindset with the capability to find pragmatic solutions and to advocate accordingly
