Global Finance Project Management Officer (f/m/d)

In this role, you will be part of our Global Finance team and report directly to our Chief Financial Officer. As

Global Finance Project Management Officer (f/m/d) you will be a key contact person for the Finance Leadership Team as well as for Global Leaders and Executives. You will drive overarching Finance projects and support our CFO in all operational activities.

What you can expect:

You lead Finance projects in close collaboration with the Finance leadership team
You support our CFO through daily interactions in all operational activities
You manage relationships and collaborate closely with the Finance leadership team and key stakeholders from our global executive team
You facilitate diverse activities within the managerial scope of the

CFO:
including the preparation of presentations, meeting
- and project coordination, as well as defining and tracking follow-up activities

You coordinate the Finance Leadership activities, meetings and business reviews
You support the Finance leadership team in determining and prioritizing business requests

Who we are looking for:

You can demonstrate several years of experience in project management, preferably gained in a top tier consulting company. Previous experience in consumer health, pharmaceutical

- or a comparable industry is highly preferred

You have strong project management and organizational skills, experienced in dealing with tight project deadlines
Nimble mind with good business acumen and understanding of Finance strategy
You are an excellent communicator and enjoy building your network across the organization
You are discreet and able to deal with sensitive Finance topics
You are proactive, have a handsonmentality and like to challenge the status quo
You bring flexibility / willingness to travel and visit the stakeholders in our different markets
You are experienced in creating and presenting executive presentations
Excellent proficiency of your German and English language is required
