Ihre Aufgaben:

Kompetente Beratung von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften im eigenen Betreuungsbereich
Proaktives Vorantreiben von Veränderungsprozessen
Kempetenter Ansprechpartner zum Thema Arbeitsrecht
Mentoring neuer Kollegen/innen.
Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und/oder europäischen HR-Teams bei der Entwicklung von Initiativen zu People & Culture Projekten
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der HR-Excellence
Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsratsgremien

What will make you a good fit for the role?

Das bringen Sie mit:

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z.

B. Jura oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen, Arbeitsrecht oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

Mind. 10 Jahre praktische Erfahrung als HR Business Partner im internationalen Umfeld (idealerweise IT)
Sehr gutes Verständnis von modernen HR-Prozessen und Best Practices in Verbindung mit guten Kenntnissen in Arbeits

- und Kollektivarbeitsrechts sowie entsprechende Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mitbestimmungsgremien

Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management mit internen und externen Entscheidungsträgern
Erfahrung in der Arbeit in Matrixorganisationen
Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und unternehmerisches Denken
Ausgeprägte strategische, konzeptionelle und analytische Arbeitsweise
Fließende Deutsch

- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
