Your Tasks:

Responsible for the introduction of a groupwide IT solution for all Branded Services
Joint development of country strategy for complete Branded Services portfolio based on expected country budget
Implementation of pilot projects & harmonization of existing services with countries to integrate groupwide new services into MediaMarktSaturn
Performance management: share best practices, train country staff, perform root cause analysis and initiate gap closing actions
Support leadership team in the development of innovative service solutions

Your Profile:

University degree in business administration or economics
Work experience in retail, preferably consumer electronics
Experience in services and technical support
Skills in Project Management
Commercial & financial understanding, focus on the customers & results
Analytical ability, flexibility, performanceoriented and high team performance
Fluent written and spoken language skills in English and German
European travel will be essential
