We are looking for a highly motivated team player who shares our holistic and cross-disciplinary design approach - from classic/print to social/digital to phygital/spacial brand experiences and beyond.
As a Media Designer within the Brainlab Brand & Design Team, you will play an important role in bringing our unique identity to life with tailored and impactful design solutions.
You will be part of the creative engine of the Marketing department, committed to the progression of brand experience through a systematic approach, consistency and excellence in implementation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementation of comprehensive communication and brand design projects at all touchpoints
- Realization of marketing collateral across all channels from design/layout to image editing/composing/retouching to review/final artwork/production
- Coordination and supervision of external production jobs to assure that results conform to brand design and quality standards
- Ensure that marketing collateral is produced on time as scheduled
- Ongoing maintenance of digital brand portal, asset management system and update of brand design guidelines
- Foster a culture of open information sharing, teamwork and feedback
Qualifications:
- Designrelated degree (B.A. or similar) or media design apprenticeship and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the creative industry
- Expertise in execution of online and offline design concepts
- Versatile creative skill set and ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into easytounderstand communication deliverables
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, collaborative and deadlineoriented environment
- Highly selfmotivated with attention to detail, timing and reporting
- Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Outstanding skills in common design and office tools (Adobe CC, MS 365, etc.)
