Local Unit & Position Description:

Key tasks for the Assistant:

Preparation and postprocessing of meetings
Preparation of certification documentation for the verification and approval by the Certification Body
Confirmation of certificates for authorities and public
Handling of suspension, reduction, withdrawal and cancellation of certificates
Surveillance of processes and corresponding data
Maintenance of the data base concerning certification processes according to the requirements of the QMsystem
Special projects (according to Certification Body)
Coordination with certification partners
General correspondence for Certification Body

Position Qualifications:

Knowledge of administration functions
EDP knowledge (Word, Excel, data base)
Knowledge of foreign language (English spoken and written)
