Summary Statement:

The student trainee position in the
Academy Services & Online Learning department of the Global Academy allows you to get to know the day-to-day business of a globally active company.

We are looking forward for you to join our team at our company site in
Duderstadt near Göttingen with
15 to 20 hours per week.

We always offer the possibility to work from home office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

You are responsible for our ordering (material orders SAP including followup)
You take care of the preparation and followup of our training rooms and organize appointments around the Patient Care Basics training offer
You also take over the organizational responsibility for smaller training projects independently
You issue UnlockPINs according to regulatory requirements (crosssite work with Vienna)
You will support our trainers with backoffice tasks such as printing out certificates, ordering office supplies and assisting them with their travel management

Profile:

You are a registered student (Bachelor or Master)
You are proficient in the common MS-Office tools, especially MS-Excel and Power-Point
You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
You like to work independently and in a structured way, are reliable and actively contribute to the team
Your strengths definitely include an understanding of organization, good time management and you find it easy to keep track of things.
