Your Tasks

  • Our CS&A team plays a central part in our business in advising us in the origination, structuring, and execution of event driven, transformational, complex, and multiproduct financing solutions, always with the goal to provide the best service for our clients in Germany and Austria.
  • You will learn and support us by preparing complex financial models for cash flow analyses and acquisitions. You diligently prepare pitch books regarding integrated debt and equity financing solutions in the context of refinancings, bond offerings, M&A and IPO's.
  • Your holistic insight into our corporation is completed with your close cooperation with colleagues from other departments, such as Corporate Clients, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Syndication, and more.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a Master's degree in economics, finance, business or similar or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes
  • First working experience in corporate finance, banking, or accounting is a plus
  • Great analytical skills and very detail oriented
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, fluency in German is advantageous
