The team is part of the EMEA CIO hierarchy, which coordinates CIB Technology teams from branch locations and Legal Entities across the region.


Summary:

The J.P.

Morgan WE Technology Operations Function is responsible for the implementation and the management of processes, procedures and controls relating to the oversight of IT activities on-site and outsourced IT activities to internal JPMC and external parties.

The Technology Operations Function interacts closely with the lines of business, Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Technology, Information Security Managers (ISM) and the Information Security Officer (ISO), Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI), Compliance, Audit and other stakeholders, to ensure compliance with IT related regulatory and legal requirements for the location and internal JPMC control policies.


Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
As part of the team you will work on the following processes:


  • Application Data Segregation Remediation
  • Creating credible remediation plans with the respective stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and Governance Reporting
  • Periodic reattestation of compliance with the relevant control procedures

  • Monitoring and Governance Reporting

Application Access Management Expansion

  • Support the technology owned work streams within program expansion.
  • Support the design and development of sustainable process and SOPs to support additional branches.
  • Support managing evidencing of sustainability of newly implemented processes and controls.
  • Support the enhancement of tooling to ensure high quality and efficient process execution.
  • Track action items raised during BAU or project activities through to completion.
  • Support the continuous drive for automation and transformation across Western Europe Technology Operations.
  • Support with developing, documenting and implementing processes and procedures, in order to meet internal compliance, operational and regulatory requirements.
  • As required, help coordinate responses for all enquiries (from Risk, Legal, Audit, Compliance etc.) regarding Tech Process and Oversight.
**Profile/Skill-set

  • Access Management experience and/or knowledge
  • Application Data Segregation Technical knowledge
  • Process design and documentation skills and experience (e.g. BPMN)
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of respective regulatory and legal requirements (e.g. BAIT)
  • Being able to cope efficiently with various topics in parallel
  • Strong analytical skills with an ambition to process improvement.
  • Work well as part of a team but also be able to work independently with mínimal guidance.
  • Efficiently recognise, handle and escalate relevant issues.
  • Fluency in English required. French or German language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with Operational Task Management and Collaboration tooling (e.g. Jira, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
