Now our client, an internationally operating chemical companies seeking for its Düsseldorf branch a

Sales assistant / customer service (M/F/d):

dispatch employee

- limited contract from August 2023 to April 2024

Your responsibilities:

- retrieve and process customer and purchase orders using SAP
- maintain price lists
- reconcile customer and purchase orders with quotations and other files
- inventory monitoring and stockkeeping
- follow-up deliveries
- communicate and coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, distributors and customers
- data processing with SAP and Excel

Your profile:

- commercial training or comparable qualification
- relevant working experience
- experience with SAP
- very good English and German language skills
- reliable and precise working method
