Based on our mission of providing "impactful, agile and collaborative audit services", MR Group Audit (GAudit) delivers independent, objective assurance and advice to numerous internal clients, i.a.

Audit Committees, Boards of Management as well as senior leaders of business or corporate functions within Munich Re Group (Group/GIM, Reinsurance, MEAG, ERGO).

As part of the global Audit Community, you are reporting directly to the Group Chief Audit Executive and are responsible for proactively supporting the Management Team of GAudit Munich in all aspects of their operational work.

Your Job

Preparing and coordinating presentations and reports to our key clients, i.a. Audit Committee of MR, Board of Management of MR, Senior Leaders of MR (Group, RI, MEAG)
Preparing and delivering agendas for stakeholder meetings (i.a. Board Members, ML1/2s), incl. research, collection and preparation of documents and data
Managing and coordinating internal events, workshops and meetings (i.a., the annual Global Audit Conference)
Organising travels (incl. meetings and agendas), managing expenses

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experienced in collecting, analysing and preparing information and/or data in a selfmotivated and selforganised way
Fluent in German and English
Serviceoriented personality with high analytical, communication and organizational skills; growth mindset
High level of ethics and integrity
