DIGITAL BUSINESS INSPIRED BY YOU - YOUR TASKS


Support the European Audience Targeting & DCO Team at Mazda and its digital advertising operations across all European markets to deliver targeted and personalized media experiences with the right creative to the right audiences at the right time.

Support the team in driving Media efficiency & consumer engagement by implementing the Dynamic Creative Optimization tool (DCO) across markets' digital media campaigns
Support the DCO team in all daily operations such as building and enhancing new personalized Master templates to create unique consumer ad experiences
Engage in the future-proof evolution of personalized Advertising at Mazda through new channels, formats & technical integrations to continuously increase real-time automation & hyper-personalization
Ensure asset creative availability, in line with Corporate & Visual Identity, by collaborating with Brand Asset team
Align with Digital Analytics team to measure segment and campaign performance to drive consumer engagement to the next level
Collaborate with Consumer Intelligence Team to creatively personalize Paid Media Content based on profitable audiences identified within the DMP and targeted via DCO
Support market adaption & rollout end-to-end, including asset localization, stakeholder coordination, requirement documentation, technical pre-launch set-up, quality assessment and post-launch performance monitoring
Immerse in latest trends, and Programmatic strategies, channels and technologies
Provide reporting and presentations on project progress, problems, and solutions to Consumer Targeting Manager
Monitor the industry's evolution closely and responses to ongoing changes of privacy protection and engage in the best strategy for Mazda in Europe
PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE
University degree with focus on Marketing & Advertising, Media Science and/or comparable qualification
Preferably experience or high enthusiasm in Media and/or Advertising trends
Comfortable presenting in front of audiences
Strong consumer focus - persuasive, plausible, calm and pragmatic with strong analytical, interpersonal affinity
Data-driven and creative mindset
Advanced command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
A passion for digital Advertising and customer-centric strategies
