The team for you to join

Your future role will include:

Development of HPLC Methods for different analyte types (HMOs, metabolites e.g. organic acids)
Organizing and execution of analysis on an HPLC platform including interpretation and reporting of results
Support of LCMS analysis (e.g. HMO product analysis from MTP screenings)
Selfdependent sample preparation of LC-MS, HPLC samples
Implementation of new techniques and instruments encircling automation steps (e.g. pipetting robots, new HPLC detectors)
Training of colleagues on new instruments and technologies
Involvement in crossfunctional projects
Scientific research on HMO and metabolite analysis
Documentation and communications of results to colleagues from different functions
Communication with vendors and manufacturers and maintenance of analytical equipment
Regular reporting on progress to your team leader and in internal meetings

Who are we looking for?

Furthermore:

You are highly motivated and curious in science, you are willing to work interdisciplinary, and it is your ambition to keep your projects in time.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your documentation is reliable.
It is your ability to work selfdependent as well as in a team.
You speak English fluently; German is a benefit.

Personally, you are a self-driven, energetic and pragmatic team player. You have an affinity for working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. As our team is international, you are fluent in English. We expect that you bring a proactive and execution personality with a can-do attitude. You are able to work in a matrix environment and have an economically driven mindset. You are structured as a person with a disciplined attitude and you are highly accurate in your performance. You have strong communication skills and a passion for creating results that you diligently document.
