In detail you will:

Lead the design and development of our transactional services.
Ensure smooth and efficient customer and user journeys.
Mentor and lead a team of Full Stack Developers.
Design systems with scalability and flexibility in mind.
Collaborate with the team to improve software quality using Scrum practices such as code review and unit testing.
Coordinating with other engineering and product teams on crossfunctional topics.
Stay current with the latest technology trends and bring new ideas to the team.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

Strong proficiency with Typescript, NodeJS (must), and experience with at least one other programming language (Angular, ReactJS, etc.).
Expertise in AWS, Azure or other cloud platform ecosystems.
Strong understanding backend development.
A collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
Experience leading and mentoring teams of Developers.
Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
Knowledge of cloudnative technology and architecture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
