Tasks and Qualifications:


Your tasks:


  • You are responsible for defining and setting up the central model for the regional international key account business
  • You will drive business development and growth in our regions and develop strategies and potentials as well as the development of bestpractice approaches for a regional key account organization and you discuss this with the regions about local conditions and implementation options
  • You are the interface between regions to the head quarter to be able to support and use local measures
  • You promote communication and transparency between the key account structures at headquarters and in the regions for the exchange about tools, information, contacts and framework agreements
  • You support the regions as an escalation level for challenges with international customers

Your qualifications:


  • You have a degree in (technical) economics, e.g., in business informatics, industrial engineering or business administration
  • You have relevant professional experience in sales/key account management and have already gained management experience in a corresponding line function as well as in a matrix organization
  • You have an indepth understanding of sales processes in the industrial sector (B2B)
  • You have strong conceptual, methodological and analytical skills as well as the necessary instinct for the human side
  • You are characterized by your teamoriented way of working, your ability to implement things and your own initiative
  • You communicate fluently in English and a second European language
