To reach our goal we are looking for an experienced
Chief Operating Officer to help us scale up and continuously improve operations coming from organic as well as from inorganic growth.

As a
Chief Operating Officer at
Qwello you will be an integral part of
Qwello's C-Level leadership team having a direct influence on all important business decisions.

Help us lead the transformation of the European EV landscape by spearheading the operations of 1000+ charging stations, elevating us to the forefront of EU's Charging Point Operator (CPO) landscape.

Your Responsibilities \uD83D\uDE80:


  • Develop and implement plans to scale the company's operations as it grows, without compromising quality and at increased efficiency
  • Help oversee daily operations from deployment, maintenance and refurbishment/recycling of CP/Hardware
  • Support buildup/ roll out and commissioning of charging points across Europe
  • Oversee supply chain management as well as production demand
  • Lead the integration of acquired companies and assets (e.g. thirdparty hardware integration, alignment of processes) where needed
  • Manage and ensure compliance with ISO certifications and other relevant industry standards
  • Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and standards while actively improving the Group's environmental footprint
  • Lead project management initiatives to ensure effective operational planning and execution
  • Improve quality across the entire valueadd chain
  • Analyze and review existing operations related processes, identifying possible areas of improvement
  • Ensure a smooth and effective collaboration between operations, tech and local entities

Your Profile :


  • 10 or more years of experience in executive leadership roles, ideally in industrial and startup environments
  • Proven track record of seniorlevel operations management
  • Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and production planning
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations on an international level
  • Expertise in ESG compliance and a commitment to sustainability
  • Expertise in homologation management and compliance
  • Proven project management experience with solid understanding of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Be familiar with state of the art quality improvement tools and quality management systems
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills
  • A makeithappen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to electric
