Product Expert (f/m/d) to join our team in the product unit "Source-to-Contract".

Your tasks as Product Expert (f/m/d):

In the product unit "Source-to-Contract" (Strategic Purchasing), you are the interface between product management and our customer-oriented teams.
You identify opportunities for improvement with regard to the use and design of our softwareasaservice solutions.
You develop solution concepts for customer requirements and verify them with our stakeholders.
You provide technical support for tricky problems and troubleshooting of our solutions.
You improve existing customer processes through intelligent automation.

What you bring to the role of Product Expert (f/m/d):

You have successfully completed a technical/economic degree or similar education.
Ideally, you have gained initial experience in software development in an agile environment.
You are able to acquire a deep product understanding and knowledge and effectively pass this knowledge on to colleagues and customers.
You are technically versed and can understand software functionality, technical concepts and underlying technologies.
You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as excellent communication skills.
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
