Ihre Aufgaben

Gather market and customer insights and anticipate future trends by engaging with Customer Centers
Conduct research and analysis aimed at improving customer experience
Improve content on the global website and social media platforms
Work with Product Managers on predetermined tasks related to product development and support, including gathering the "Voice Of Customer," creating business cases, crafting value propositions, and conducting competitor comparisons
Collaborate with Product Managers and the Communication Team to develop and maintain sales materials, brochures, and presentations
Assist in organizing campaigns and track progress through performance reports
Provide support for promotional events, exhibitions, and agile projects
Support Product Managers in addressing queries from Customer Centers

Ihr Profil

University degree or equivalent with industry experience
Capacity to collaborate with customers and stakeholders across various levels
Proficiency in English
Commercial acumen and innovative thinking
Knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 36
Customerfocused and collaborative team player
Proficient in networking with strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical mindset and ability to work in a structured manner
Strong organization and planning abilities
Positive attitude and mindset
Willingness to travel regularly
