Your tasks:


  • You will be working under the innovation department to be involved in strengthening the R&D community through supporting the organisation of the International Developer's Conference (IDC), the R&D community's largest annual internal conference
  • Support in the strategic planning and conceptualisation of initiatives at the IDC with the goal of strengthening the international R&D community
  • Interfacing with speakers, content curators and other business stakeholders for the purpose of content and logístical coordination
  • Supporting in the development of the conference online platform in terms of content management and web design
  • Preparing analysis reports and presentation slides for various stakeholder meetings
  • Ensuring the smooth and successful running of the IDC during the conference itself

Your qualifications:


  • Academic master studies in the field of communications, business administration, event management, media or comparable field of studies
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Reliable and structured approach to work
  • Selfdirected approach to work, strong job commitment and team player
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
