Your contribution:


  • Support the organization in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in the region.
  • Drive key Talent Management activities, zipping organizational and individual development needs.
  • Implement key Talent Management processes and initiatives, incl. Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Development, Engagement.
Tasks

  • Collaborate with departments to identify and assess the skills and competencies needed for different roles within the company.
  • Conduct talent review and succession planning sessions and provide guidance on career development opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on career development opportunities and assist in creating individual development plans in alignment with career opportunities and organizational growth.
  • Design and implement talent development programs, feedback, and coaching opportunities.
  • Drive the Performance Management process in close collaboration with the regional HR team and in alignment with global Talent Management.
  • Interacts as regional link for Competency building across functions in alignment with company values. Develops and coordinates relevant input & communication on competency building in the region.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze talent metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make datadriven recommendations.
  • Ensure smooth processes and timelines in alignment with other HR areas (HRIS, Total Rewards etc.)
  • Lead the communication, reporting and follow up across the business with regards to Talent Management processes.
  • Supports the tool administration and technical framework.

Requirements:


  • Degree in economics, psychology or social science or comparable education
  • Solid experience in HR, Talent Development, Talent Management, or Learning & Development
  • Excellent communication and social skills, strong customer orientation
  • Strong English and German knowledge
  • Strong user PC skills (MS Office 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
