In the role of our Team Lead Demand Generation (f/m/d), you will have the unique chance to lead the performance and growth efforts within heyData's Marketing & Growth team.

Your scope of activities will cover our performance efforts such as SEA, Social business networks, and growth experiments between Sales and Product - led growth is key In this position, you'll be in the driver's seat while working together with a superb team


Your mission:


  • Manage all aspects of the demand generation strategy including research, budget, execution, and reporting to deliver qualified leads and salesready opportunities to grow the pipeline
  • Own key metrics across programs to continually evaluate and assess new methods and opportunities to reach key personas and progress accounts
  • Leverage data and insights to inform campaign strategy, content, and tactic mix while working crossfunctionally to identify gaps and action plans for developing new marketing playbooks
  • You aim to grow, develop and mentor your marketing team members and are an inspiring coach to push the team to the next level
  • Partner closely with web and digital teams to develop inbound marketing and optimization strategies to drive more qualified idealcustomerprofile (ICP) traffic and help improve conversions
  • Think outside of the box, showing creativity to test & scale ideas quickly to source further growth.
  • You will provide guidance and mentorship in areas including setup, budgeting, optimization, tracking, reporting, testing and quality assurance.
  • Be a partner to sales, align on objectives and targeting, ensure clear handoffs (and passbacks), maintain an actionable feedback loop, and ensure proper visibility into the pipeline

What we are looking for?:


  • The will to build heyData into the leading compliance SaaS startup
  • Min. 3 years of experience of demand generation in marketing. Preferably in SaaS or B2B tech industry
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and energized operating in a fastpaced environment
  • Outstanding ability to effectively communicate strategy and results at multiple altitudes, from leadership to functional partners
  • Solid experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM systems
  • A quick grasp combined with a strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
