YOUR MISSION:
Prepare commercial release notes and communicate to our users what is new in our platforms
Participate in all project management rituals and support in the development of improvements to our processes and tools
Administer processes that are crucial for the business
Prepare and share newsletters to PUMAs sales organizations worldwide
Monitor and report pending orders to make sure PUMA doesn't miss out on any B2B sale
Manage content in our B2B website, make sure all our products have images and prices to better serve our customers
Manage and review customer feedback in order to propose process improvements based on such
Manage smallscale projects selfdependently
Prepare management meetings and document results
Learn and connect with fantastic teams from multiple departments: IT, sales, merchandising as well as external vendors and stakeholders.

YOUR TALENT:

Educational background in either: economics, business administration, communications
Fluent in English, other languages would be a plus
Strong interest in presentation design and content management
High commitment, organizational talent and flexibility with handson mentality
Able to write down processes in a structure format
Ability to engage others into conversation and presentations
Very good MS Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
Passion for sports and/or fashion
