You would join our carrier coverage team in the Berlin office.

ABOUT THE ROLE


As an Operations Support, Carrier and Dispatching you'll work on interesting responsibilities like the operational responsibility for our carriers and expanding our carrier network, in order to meet the needs of our customers and offer the best quality on the market.

We hope you are excited to help create a product with lasting value, improve your sales abilities and learn about how we're changing the Logistics Industry.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL...

  • Be responsible for the punctual and sensible disposition of our transports
  • Coordinate loads and calculate freight prices with carriers
  • Be the first point of contact for our carriers
  • Monitor, manage and deliver the required customer service level to our client
  • Control continuously logistic KPIs (intime delivery, transit times, delivery exceptions, etc.)
  • Investigate root causes of delivery failures, implement measures to continually improve delivery performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with our logistic partners, and manage the operational processes
PREFERABLY YOU HAVE...

  • Experience in the field of freight forwarding
  • Ability to work with people in a fastpaced environment as well as the ability to work independently
  • Multitasked oriented and possess good organizational skills
  • Resilient and stressresistant
  • Fluent in German
  • Communicative English language skills
