Responsibilities:


  • Responsibility for the area of advance quality planning from the order to the start of production
  • Leading a team of experts
  • Performing and evaluating advance quality planning in accordance with IATF 16949 and VDA
  • Ensuring qualitycompliant series production from design to initial sample release
  • Quality target planning and reporting
  • Coordination of sampling scopes and clarification of technical issues with customers
  • Preparation and participation in certification and customer audits
  • Further development and optimization of internal workflows and processes
  • Power user for our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Coordination and monitoring of external service providers

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree as industrial engineer or comparable training
  • Experience in quality management, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Ability to work independently with strong decisionmaking skills, leadership experience an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP-ERP and comparable systems)
  • Communicative personality and team player
